Vi at La Jolla Village Care Center

Vi at La Jolla Village is a Type A Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), also known as a Life Plan Community. This means that independent living residents have access to a continuum of care in our supportive residential setting, so they can receive assisted living, skilled nursing, or memory care services as the need arises.

Vi at La Jolla Village’s Care Center also offers care services to non-CCRC residents as current occupancy and admission criteria allow. Our skilled nursing setting is also Medicare-certified. We accept Private Pay, Traditional Medicare (Parts A & B), and where the circumstances allow, we can process payment from other participating third-party or private insurance coverages.

Assisted Living

Assisted Living services help with the activities of daily living (ADLs). We collaborate with individuals and their families to determine the level of assistance required to promote self-care and an ongoing sense of independence.

Skilled Nursing

Our Skilled Nursing Unit provides both short-term rehab and long-term care, including ADLs. Our staff creates person-centered, interdisciplinary plans after a thorough initial assessment of each person.

Memory Care

Memory support — also known as memory care, dementia care or Alzheimer’s care — offers housing and around-the-clock supervision and caregiving for those living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.
